We are looking for a new Medior Analytics Engineer Consultant.
Responsibilities:
As Analytics Engineer, you will transform complex data structures into clear, actionable insights with a strong emphasis on data warehousing and data modeling. Your main responsibilities include:
- Design & implement data warehouses: from conceptual modeling to production environments
- Data modeling: develop star schemas, snowflake schemas, and normalized models
- Advise on the optimal BI architecture and data platforms
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines for reliable, scalable data flows
- Design intuitive dashboards and reports
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Do you have the right roots ?
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in data warehousing and data modeling
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Solid experience with ETL frameworks (e.g., SQL‑based, SSIS, Airflow)
- Deep knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) and warehousing concepts
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
